Technical Office Manager / Facility Manager - Chiesi Farmaceutici

• Support Process Engineering Team to design and execute process technology projects 
• Provide smooth handover of projects for new installations 
• Mgmt. of external resources staffed in the Team
• Propose personal&Team development program

• Ensure adherence to cGMP's, GES, SOP, safety practices
• Monitor quality metrics of the assigned process engineering activities in close collaboration with QA
• Ensure effective Reporting 
• Support Audits 
• Support Site Engineering for fixing all process engineering gaps during Regulatory/Agency Inspection, Audit, Integration/remediation programs and all initiatives to improve compliance level (GMP+HSE).

• Ensure full compliance with all company policies, safety rules and regulations influencing in terms of safety behaviours
• Provide technical documentation of the state of compliance (electrical systems, pressure equipment, ATEX zoning and related certification)
• Energy mgmt. system
• Lead service providers (building works, flooring, roof lifelines, civil air conditioning systems, maintenance of fire and safety systems)
• Pest control mgmt.
• Collaboration with the Project Management Team for new installations or significant revamping in the civil and pharmaceutical field
• Mgmt of municipal and legal practices (driveways, signs/advertising, occupations of public land…)
• Completion of legal and fiscal practices for photovoltaic installations.

• Scientific Degree 
• +5 years exp in pharma or food manufacturing 
• Proven track record in FACILITY MGMT 
• ATEX/PED regulations, ISO 9001/5001, CGMP 
• Budget and cost mgmt.; finance related to Capital Projects
• Fluent English.
